Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Fruits N Juice Gallery, we strive to deliver the best quality fruits, vegetables, and juices to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict and clear return and refund policy.

Juices

All juices once delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, due to hygiene and freshness concerns.

Fruits and Vegetables

Returns are only accepted within 1 hour of delivery, and only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Poor or unacceptable quality

To process a return, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the product.

Other Items

Certain non-perishable goods may be eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
It is in its original packaging
You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

If your return is approved (for applicable items), your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Note:

Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Re-check your bank account
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
Contact your bank (processing time may vary)

If you’ve completed all steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at fruitsnjuicegallery@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email fruitsnjuicegallery@gmail.com with your order details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Please send approved returns to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it’s tracked.
